You don't need to share passwords for this first check. If a simple, lower-cost change is enough, we'll tell you. If the work needs a larger scope, you'll know before committing to it.

A template is a shared page layout, not an individual URL. Ten service pages using the same layout may share one template. Custom features, unusually complex pages or larger work requirements are assessed separately during the audit.
This is a one-time service. Any hosting, CDN or software costs are separate and discussed before implementation. Accounts used for those services stay in your name.

Optimize images, prioritize essential resources and address styles or scripts that delay the first screen.

Investigate expensive work in the browser and use suitable approaches to reduce it, including Web Workers or CSS animations where appropriate.
Core Web Vitals help us assess loading, responsiveness and visual stability: LCP, INP and CLS. We choose fixes around the problems we find, rather than promising the same score or improvement for every site.
We work with platforms that allow the changes your site needs. If platform restrictions prevent us from doing the work, we explain that before accepting the project.

A treatment page needs to make its content easy to reach and keep the route to booking usable. We look at that journey on mobile, including images, page interactions and the way the booking tool loads.
An external booking provider may control part of the experience. We distinguish what we can improve on your site from what requires that provider's involvement. Booking and analytics are part of the functionality we check when making changes.

Do I need a redesign?
The package focuses on performance improvements to your existing site. If the underlying structure requires a rebuild, we explain why and price that as a separate project.
Do you always replace plugins or add new services?
No. We choose the approach based on the problem and your budget. A configuration change or a suitable plugin can be the right solution; code changes make sense when they address a problem those options do not solve.
Will later updates affect performance?
New content, plugins or third-party scripts can change how your site performs. Our 30-day support covers problems caused by our work. We assess issues caused by later changes separately.
