iQyra (“iQyra,” “we,” “us”) helps U.S. medical spas and aesthetic clinics get found in search, on Google Maps, and in AI answers. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email support@iqyra.com.

1. Information we collect

What you send us. When you request a free audit, we collect the details you submit: your clinic website, your email address, and the treatment you want to prioritize. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.
Basic usage data. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that reports aggregated visits (like page views and referrers). It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect personal information.

2. How we use it

To prepare and send your free written audit and reply to your request.
To provide and improve our services if you choose to work with us.
To keep the website secure and understand, in aggregate, how it’s used.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Cookies & tracking

We aim to keep this site low-tracking. Our analytics (Plausible) is cookieless, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any strictly necessary cookies exist only to make the site work.

4. Sharing & service providers

We do not sell or rent your data.We share it only with trusted providers needed to run the service — for example, our email provider Mailjet delivers your audit request to us, and our hosting provider serves the website. These providers process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

5. How long we keep it

We keep audit requests and related emails only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to deliver services — then we delete or archive them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and U.S. state laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@iqyra.comand we’ll action your request.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe.

8. Children

This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above.
