Website Development Costs
Website development at iQyra starts at $2,700. Below are prices for websites, landing pages, online stores, applications, and integrations.
We publish ranges so you can plan a budget before getting in touch. After reviewing requirements, we provide a fixed-price estimate for a project or phase. Our estimating rate is $90/hour. All prices are in USD.
Prices by Project Type
The ranges apply to different project scopes. The proposal lists the pages, functions, integrations, content, and checks included in the price. Additional requirements may need a larger budget.
The same approach applies to Next.js development. We select technology around the project; there is no separate surcharge for it.
Not sure which format fits? Briefly describe the task and we'll help define the project scope.
Get a Project EstimateHow Fixed Estimates and Hourly Billing Work
We provide a fixed-price estimate for a defined project or phase. We use $90/hour to estimate the work, then fix the deliverable and price before development starts. Exceeding our internal estimate of hours does not, by itself, increase your bill.
Individual tasks can be billed hourly. We estimate the work before starting. New features or changes to the approved direction receive a separate estimate for your approval.
If technical uncertainty requires a paid assessment, we explain that phase and its cost in advance. Payment arrangements and the schedule are specified in the proposal.
The published range helps with budgeting. Your project price covers the specific scope you approve.
Revisions, Improvements, and the Defect Warranty
Two revision rounds per stage.
Review stages are defined in the project plan. A round is one consolidated list of feedback on the presented work, within the approved direction and scope.
Two additional analysis and improvement rounds in the landing page package.
For other projects, post-launch improvements are available at $90/hour or through support arrangements.
A 30-day warranty after acceptance of the launched project.
We fix errors against the acceptance criteria at no extra charge. An interim design or development review does not start the warranty before launch. Separately launched and accepted versions have their own recorded warranty dates.
Estimated before implementation.
New features, additional pages, new integrations, or a change of direction after approval are separate work. Warranty-covered fixes remain free and do not consume included improvement rounds.
Launch, Access, and Ownership
We deploy the project, connect the domain, and check its working functions. If your team manages the infrastructure, we define access and release responsibilities before launch.
You receive the code created for the project, repository access where applicable, editing instructions, and technical documentation for ongoing maintenance. Domain, hosting, and analytics accounts are set up with your ownership and access.
Pre-existing tools, platform services, and third-party licenses are identified in the proposal. For public pages, we implement search foundations and accessible content. Private application screens are designed around their users and access permissions.
Costs After Launch
Third-party services are paid separately from development: domains, hosting, paid CMS or commerce platform plans, extensions, payment processing, external APIs, and AI subscriptions and usage. We identify required services and distinguish recurring subscriptions from usage-based costs.
Further development is $90/hour. You can order individual tasks without a monthly agreement.
Additional ongoing work starts at $1,000/month. The agreement defines tasks, reporting, and expected response times. It may include maintenance, content, monitoring, or development within its scope. The starting price does not include unlimited work or round-the-clock support.
If an AI assistant is included in the project, we hand over the necessary access and configuration. Subscriptions, service usage, connection support, and subsequent changes are paid separately under agreed terms. Work already included in the package remains included.
Questions Before a Project Estimate
How Long Does Development Take?
Guides: 1–2 weeks to the first launch of a campaign landing page, 2–4 weeks for a small website, and 3–6 weeks for Business. Online store, application, and platform timelines depend on scope and integrations and are estimated in the proposal. We confirm dates after checking content, access, and your availability to provide feedback. Landing page improvements happen after advertising traffic begins and are not part of the first-launch timeline.
What Moves a Project Toward the Upper End of the Range?
Additional page types, complex design, more research, complex integrations, data preparation, migration, and specialized functions increase the work involved. We show these in the estimate so you can choose the scope of the first release.
Can You Use Our Copy and Design Materials?
Yes. We identify what can be used and what needs adapting. The estimate reflects the required work, including data migration or cleaning where needed.
Does a Redesign Cost the Same as a New Website?
It depends on what can be retained. Suitable content and components may reduce work; data migration, URL preservation, and replacing integrations may increase it. We review the existing site before estimating.
Do You Guarantee Results?
We are responsible for the development deliverable and project acceptance criteria. Search rankings, AI citations, and campaign outcomes depend on factors beyond development. Analytics and further work help identify improvements.
Get a Price for Your Project
A link or short description is enough. No technical specification is needed to get started. Add integrations, a preferred date, and a budget if you already know them.
We reply within one business day. We'll clarify requirements and determine the next step toward a fixed-price estimate for the project or phase.
